It’s been a while since our last update, but we have been busy working on “Seadrift” and the project is progressing. We have expanded our production to new communities such as Rockport and Port Arthur, and continue to capture key interviews and events along the coast. We have also been working on our official teaser over the past several months, and are excited to finally share it with you.
Our team continues to work hard on this project, but we need your help:
1. Please like us on facebook and follow us on twitter, and share the teaser any way you can. This not only allows us to connect with you, it demonstrates to potential funders and partners that there is an audience for this film.
2. We continue to seek stories from Gulf Coast fishing communities in the 70’s and early 80’s. If you or someone you know has a story to tell, Vietnamese or otherwise, please contact us.
3. If you are a member of an organization that may be interested in hosting a screening or help market the film in your community, please contact us. We’re still months away from completing the film, but am seeking partners to make a community screening tour possible once the film is complete.
Thank you for your continued support!
